Booking Terms & Conditions


Volume Salon & Spa are always thinking about our clients and figuring out the best way to ensure satisfaction. We are providing this policy to ensure business runs smoothly, expectations are met and everyone get the treatment and personal time you pay for.


Please arrive on time

This time is reserved exclusively for you. Arriving on time or 5-10 minutes before your appointment ensures that you don’t miss a single minute of your salon experience. 

Late Policy

Due to the high demand of our services and our booking, we adhere to a 15- minute late policy. Unfortunately, if you are running more than 15 minutes past your appointment, we will need to reschedule. We enforce this policy to avoid conflict with another client’s personal time and to avoid further scheduling conflicts. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please contact your stylist reschedule your appointment


24-Hour Rescheduling and  Cancellation Policy

We thank you in advance for your consideration of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business, but it ensures fair treatment to all our clients.

Keep in mind, when no-shows and cancellations occur other clients cannot book that time slot and it affects the scheduling and revenue of our highly trained professionals. Therefore, all "Premium Hair Services" will require a credit card at the time of booking the appointment. 

Any cancellation of "Premium Hair Services" less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full-service price. No-show will be charged 100% of the service price.

  • Balayage
  • Ombre
  • Corrective Color
  • Full Highlights
  • Services over 2 hrs.
  • Skincare Services

We understand situations occur and as a result, appointments need to be changed. Therefore, you will be allowed to reschedule or cancel your appointment within a 24-hour notice.

*If you do not reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.


Missed Appointments

For clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments or cancelled at short notice, we will need to take a 50% non-refundable booking fee.


Message Notifications

Messages left during closed days (Monday, Sunday) or public holidays will be regarded the morning of the next business day

.

Security Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments for all chemical services, hair color services, skincare appointments and appointments scheduled for over 2 hours.

Your credit or debit card number will secure your appointment. Your card will only be used if you fail to change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, as per our cancellation policy.


Scheduling

We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving to ensure the best appointment time for you and the availability of your stylist.


Pricing

Starting prices are based on time, length of hair and product used during your service. Price is subject to increase if additional time and/or product is required for your particular hair needs. If you have any questions regarding pricing, please ask your stylist for pricing specifics before your service begins.


Payments

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or cash. We are unable to include tips with credit card payment option.


Waiting Area

We provide a cozy and inviting waiting area for our clients. Due to limited seating, please refrain from bringing additional guests who are not receiving service.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice to explain our online and salon information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This applies to all information collected in the salon or submitted on our website.

The only personal information we collect is name, street and email address, telephone number, birthday and credit card information. We use the personal information collected from you to store in our data base for input of your personalized salon service information, seamless check-out, notify you of any events and promotions, send coupons and apply birthday discounts. Such personal information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. To prevent unauthorized access, we maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put into place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.


Volume Salon & Spa reserve the right to change this policy at any time by notifying guests of the existence and location of the new revised privacy policy.
